You have 30 days to return your items from the date of receipt.
To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Start your return through your FLAKOUT account or our Returns Center.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Certain items are not returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, beauty items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order.
EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for returns.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
